- Industry (not exhibiting): $125
- Fellows in training, residents and medical students: No fee
Online Pre-registration closes October 16. Space is limited and registration will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Once the allotment for each registration category has been reached, a waiting list will be established. Registration fee includes continental breakfast, refreshment break, lunch, continuing education credits and course materials.
