Health and Wellness Fair at St. Dorothea Church - Monmouth Medical Center
In an effort to raise stroke awareness, Monmouth Medical Center in collaboration with St. Dorothea's Church will host a health event. Alicia Jones, RN, BSN, Stroke Coordinator from Monmouth Medical Center will provide information on signs, symptoms and stroke prevention. Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls provide information on rehabilitation after a stroke. Registered nurses will be on site to provide various preventive health screenings. This event will take place in the Rev. James B. Coyle Family Center at St. Dorothea's Church.
