Cardiac Support Group - Monmouth Medical Center and Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus
Open to individuals with heart disease and other cardiac diagnoses. This support group offers patients and their families an opportunity to share experiences, practical information, and resources while inspiring and supporting others.
