Self-Defense and Exercise for Older Adults - Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus
This program is designed for men and women of all ages. Learn how to protect yourself from future falls through exercise, balance, and strength training. You will also learn techniques in self-defense against personal assault and street attacks by using leverage.

The course is $15.00 for 5 one-hour classes - space is limited.
