Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, invites you to register for our healthy lifestyle class series hosted in collaboration with the Transitional Care Center. Classes will be lead by Registered Dietitians, Pharmacists, Nurses and Exercise physiologists. Class topics will include how to make healthy food choices, read food labels, healthy cooking techniques, shopping on a budget, safe exercises, and managing your medications.
