(Includes continental breakfast and lunch). Geared for those with busy lifestyles, this program will focus on what to expect during labor and birth, anesthesia choices, relaxation, Lamaze breathing techniques and coping strategies. A childbirth film is shown and a tour of the Eisenberg Family Center is included.

Held in Stanley 206 at Monmouth Medical Center, 300 Second Ave, Long Branch.
