Suspended -- Relaxing Birth Class at Cooperman Barnabas
Women's Health/Parent Education Department at Cooperman Barnabas offers this mini-workshop specifically for those who plan to use the Natural Birthing Room at Cooperman Barnabas. Non-pharmacological coping skills, birthing ball, water therapy and other holistic modalities will be covered. A previous Childbirth Preparation class and approval from your obstetrician to use our Natural Birthing Rooms are required to take this class. A fee of $40 applies.
