Please join us for this free one-hour session as Dr. Dhenu Solanki, Assistant Professor, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Department of Family Medicine & Community Health at the Eric B. Chandler Health Center in New Brunswick, NJ discusses the medical aspects of advance directives and NJ POLST.

In Part 1, advance directives and NJ POLST were discussed from a legal aspect. You need not have participated in Part 1 to participate in Part 2.

  2. The day before the program we email you a reminder along with the connection link for the specific program.
  3. When you sign in, you will be able to see and hear everyone.
  4. Once we start the program, we will mute all attendees except the presenter(s).
  5. For viewing, to only view the presenter, refer to the top center of the screen to find “Screen View.” Click on that and select “Who’s talking.”
  6. If you prefer you may select “view everyone.”
  7. If you do not want to be viewed remember to “X” your camera or tape over your camera lens with an opaque piece of paper.
