After obtaining her medical degree from Temple University, Victoria completed her General Surgery Residency training at Montefiore Hospital/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY, where she was awarded the Davidoff Society Medical Student Teaching Award as a Chief Resident. After graduating residency she completed a fellowship in Advanced GI and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida.
She is currently an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Department of General Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She specializes in robotic hernia, gallbladder and anti-reflux surgery. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, and the Association of Women Surgeons. She has authored or co-authored several book chapters and peer-reviewed publications and her academic interests include video-based surgical education and simulation training.
She is currently accepting new patients at the Rutgers/RWJ New Brunswick office.
