    Valeriya Feygina, MD joined the RWJUH Transplant Team in 2017. Dr. Feygina came from Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA where she worked with the renal transplant team as a pediatric nephrologist. She received her three-year pediatric nephrology, including pediatric nephrology transplant, fellowship training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

    In 2017, Dr. Feygina joined the faculty at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. She currently is Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. Dr. Feygina’s professional interests include chronic kidney disease in children, renal replacement therapy, renal transplantation in children, immunosuppressive and supportive therapy after kidney transplant. She has published and presented on several topics in pediatric nephrology.
