Suhayl Dhib-Jalbut, MD

Dr. Suhayl Dhib-Jalbut is Professor and Chair of Neurology at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson and New Jersey Medical Schools, and Chief of Neurology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. He also holds the Ruth Dunietz Kushner and Michael Jay Serwitz Chair in Multiple Sclerosis and directs the Robert Wood Johnson Center for MS. A graduate of the American University of Beirut, he completed neurology training at the University of Cincinnati and specialized in MS and neuroimmunology at the NIH. His research focuses on MS therapies, biomarkers of response, and neuroprotective gene therapy. Widely published and recognized for his leadership, he has received numerous national and international awards for excellence in research, teaching, and clinical care.
