Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Culbert has been practicing with Ocean Gynecological and Obstetrical Associates since 2005. He earned a medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston before completing an internship at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ, where he also completed his residency and served as chief resident. Dr. Culbert is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His clinical interests include gynecologic surgery, colposcopy, menopausal medicine and evaluation of infertility.
