Utilizing the most effective evidence-based research to focus on the practice of health promotions, maintaining and continuing health compliance, while building trusting relationships with patients and our community. Strengthening bonds with our community helps to support the institution of improved health outcomes with the support and intervention of not only holistic measures but the safest practice of modernized medicine.

Clinical management, maintenance, and surveillance of vascular wounds. Post operative wound care management. Management of medications. Management of patient specific physical assessment changes. Recommendation and referrals. Intradisciplinary collaborative care. Thorough assessment skills involving diagnostic imaging, evaluation and appropriate patient individualized plan of care development. Education, screenings, prevention of further health determinants.
