    Philosophy of Care:

Dr. Roger Luo specializes in the non-operative management of a wide variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries affecting the spine, peripheral joints, muscles and tendons. His philosophy for patient care focuses on the importance of patient education and a conservative approach with medications and tailored physical therapy and exercise regimens specific to one’s diagnosis. His primary goal is restoring function and building self-efficacy and resiliency in his patients. When indicated, he offers image-guided interventions using ultrasound and fluoroscopy as adjunct treatments to facilitate his patients’ journeys to happier, healthier, and more productive lives. As an academician, he is also passionate about the training and education of future physicians and their exposure to patient-centered care.
