Dr. Richard Drachtman is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, where he directs the Pediatric Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center. A fellow of the National Cancer Institute’s Children’s Oncology Group, he develops clinical trials for pediatric cancers and benign hematologic disorders.
