    Philosophy of Care:

    Dr. Ghosh earned her undergraduate degree at M.I.T., her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed her surgical training at three respected hospitals in New York City. She is Fellowship-trained in Robotics and Minimally Invasive Surgery and is a Board Certified Urologist. In her career, Dr. Ghosh has served as a Director of a Robotic Surgery Program in a hospital-employed position, as well as a Urologist in Private Practice. This afforded her a breadth and depth of experience in both oncology as well as general urology. She is also one of the region’s experts in treatment of both urinary and fecal incontinence / voiding dysfunction in men and women, offering the latest advancements in precision treatment. In 2015, she enjoyed the distinction of NJ “Top 40 Under 40,” and has been featured in the media for her expertise on keynote topics in our field. Dr. Ghosh has a passion for teaching and prides herself on her listening skills, critical thinking, and compassion. She joins NJUI in October 2022.
