Mark Robert Schwartz, M.D., received his medical degree from Drexel University and completed his residency in general surgery as the chief resident at Monmouth Medical Center.
Board certified in general surgery, Dr. Schwartz is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, Dr. Schwartz is a charter member for the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth.
Among his special honors and achievements, Dr. Schwartz was awarded first prize in the 1986 Clinical Research Competition for the New Jersey chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
