    Philosophy of Care:

Being a primary care physician, I see the patient as a whole...delivering care to prevent disease as well as treating their many chronic/acute illnesses. I also coordinate their care with their respective specialists as well as connect them with services that can help them with management of their conditions, such as dietary/nutrition counseling, behavioral health, nursing services, physical/occupational therapies, home health care, and hospice, to name a few. I function as my patient's advocate, their educator, their support system and their partner in care. Dealing with patients and their families has been my life's work. Seeing them through each facet of their lives has been fulfilling and gratifying, knowing that I have made a difference.

    Procedures:

In office: EKG, full lab services, adult immunizations (influenza, Prevnar and Pneumovax, Tdap,) PPD placement, Vitamin B12 shots, rapid strep and flu tests, respiratory panel tests.

    Conditions:

Primary Care: preventive and physical exams, follow up of chronic diseases (i.e. diabetes and prediabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, high cholesterol), coordination of care between myself and different specialists, immunization review and updates, and following the patient through their life's spectrum. (note: practice limited to adults age 18 and older). I have also been seeing patients in our Post Covid CARE Program, RWJ Barnabas Health, Livingston, NJ
