Philosophy of Care:

I provide women-centered obstetric, gynecologic, menopause, and weight-loss care focused on empowerment, education, and whole[1]person health.  From pregnancy and postpartum care to complex gynecologic concerns, I support women through every stage of reproductive health with evidence-based medicine and compassionate partnership. My approach to obstetrics and gynecology prioritizes informed decision-making, clear communication, and care plans tailored to each woman’s unique needs and goals. Menopause is not an ending—it’s a powerful transition. Through evidence-based medicine and appropriate lifestyle-focused strategies, I help women not only cope but also thrive. I help women understand their metabolism, hormones and lifestyle factors so they can achieve sustainable change—without shame, restriction, or unrealistic expectations. Using a personalized, evidence-based approach, I help women navigate hormonal changes, menopause, and metabolic health with clarity and confidence. My goal is to partner with each patient to create realistic plans that support vitality, strength, and long-term well-being at every stage of life. Above all, my practice is a safe space where women’s voices matter and their health goals lead the way.

Preventative Care (related to contraception and family planning), Painful Periods, Perimenopausal and Menopausal Symptoms (Menopause Society Certified Practitioner), Hormone Replacement Therapy, Abnormal Bleeding, Pelvic Pain, PCOS, Infertility Testing, Sexually Transmitted Infections, Sexual Dysfunction, Vulvar Disorders, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Procedures/Surgeries (in-office colposcopy), LEEP cone biopsy for abnormal pap smears; procedures for abnormal bleeding - such as hysteroscopy, dilation and curettage, laparoscopy and tubal ligation; and other interventions.
