Dr. Kristen J. Schwall has been practicing medicine for 14 years. She currently practices medicine in Livingston, NJ and specializes in Internal Medicine. The focus of her medical practice is on prevention, early detection, and quality up-to-date treatment of illnesses in adults. Dr. Schwall recently joined Barnabas Health Medicine Group and is affiliated with Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Prior to starting her outpatient practice, she helped pioneer the hospitalist movement in New Jersey at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
A board-certified internist, Dr. Schwall completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., where she received the Department of Medicine Award in Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Schwall earned a B.A. in biology from Long Island University/CW Post College in Brookville, N.Y. and earned her medical degree from Saint George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians.
