A dual-degreed, fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Vella specializes in head and neck reconstruction following cancer resection and trauma, facial nerve reanimation, and pediatric cleft lip/palate and craniofacial reconstruction. He performs Mohs reconstruction following skin cancer resection, as well as a full range of facial plastic procedures, including rhinoplasty, (nasal reconstruction), blepharoplasty (eyelid reconstruction), gender affirmation surgery, and facial rejuvenation injections and fillers.
