    John Zurlo, MD, Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging

    Dr. John Zurlo grew up in Belleville, graduating from Belleville High School and continued his education at Rutgers University and New Jersey Medical School. He completed his Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at UMDNJ. He subspecialized in Musculoskeletal Imaging during Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has over 18 years of experience in cross sectional imaging (MR, CT ,Ultrasound) with emphasis on musculoskeletal MR. Subspecialty duties also include radiography, bone biopsies, arthrography and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He is Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Imaging at St. Barnabas Medical Center and Ambulatory Care. Dr. Zurlo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology and member of the American College of Radiology and Society of Skeletal Radiology. He has thirteen journal publications and multiple presentations.
