Dr. Berim attended medical school at the University of Wuerzburg, Germany. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at the State University of New York at Buffalo. In 2018, after six years as an Associate Professor at CHI Omaha — Creighton University’s Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine — Dr. Berim joined Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson University Medical School as an Associate Professor of Medicine and the Medical Director of Interventional Pulmonology. Dr. Berim is board certified in Interventional Pulmonology, Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Internal Medicine. He is also fluent in Russian, German, and English.
