Frank Liporace, MD, is Senior Vice President, Musculoskeletal Service Line, RWJBarnabas Health Northern Regions, and Chairman, Department of Orthopedics and Chief of Orthopedic Trauma and Adult Reconstruction at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. He also built the orthopedics program at Jersey City Medical Center, achieving national certification and recognition.
An internationally recognized and awarded educator, Dr. Liporace regularly contributes clinical and scientific research to leading medical journals and lectures at orthopedic and orthopedic specialty society meetings. He has also developed patents and implants used worldwide. He is the founding director of the Jersey City Medical Center Orthopedic Residency program, as well as the hospital’s Complex Trauma and Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Fellowship.
