Boris Paskhover, MD

Dr. Paskhover specializes in all aspects of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Born in Eastern Europe and raised in New York City, he developed an early passion for medicine that led him to advanced training in surgery of the head and neck. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Yale, where he trained with world-renowned surgeons and earned recognition through multiple awards, research grants, and national projects. He went on to complete a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at New York University (NYU) Langone Medical Center.

As part of his fellowship, Dr. Paskhover served as an attending surgeon at NYU, Bellevue Hospital Center, Manhattan Eye Ear Throat Hospital, and NYC Veterans Hospital. This focused and extensive training, combined with years of experience, sets him apart in the fields of cosmetic and reconstructive facial surgery.

Dr. Paskhover’s expertise spans a wide range of procedures, including rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty, facelifts, eyelid rejuvenation (blepharoplasty), brow lifts, cosmetic ear surgery, Botox, and facial fillers. He also has significant experience in facial reconstructive surgery, facial trauma, facial nerve reanimation, and correction of congenital deformities.

His combination of technical skill, aesthetic judgment, and personal dedication allows him to tailor surgical and non-surgical treatments to the unique needs of each patient, helping them achieve natural and balanced results.
