From the start of medical school, I knew that radiation oncology was the only field for me, because it allows me to be the best physician I can be. I strive to provide the best care for my patients and believe in patient education and shared decision making. My ultimate goal is to improve quality of life and find it extremely gratifying to see patient lives and outlooks evolve once they acquire more knowledge and information about their diagnosis. I believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment and work very closely with other oncology physicians to be able to deliver the best individualized care.

I am a board-certified radiation oncologist who specializes in the personalized treatment of patients with gastrointestinal (colon/rectum, pancreas, stomach, liver, esophagus, small intestine) cancers and central nervous system (brain/spine) malignant and benign cancers. Before joining Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, I completed residency training in Saint Louis Missouri at Washington University School of Medicine. Prior to this, I completed medical school at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. I am also affiliated with RWJ University Hospital, Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and Jersey City Medical Center.

In addition to my clinical activity, I remain actively involved in cancer research and continue to publish peer-reviewed articles on novel investigations for cancer management and treatment as well as present this research at national and international conferences. Additionally, I am a member of several organizations including the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and American Radium Society (ARS) where I serve on national committees to help further improve the field of radiation oncology. Finally, I love teaching and am so grateful that I am able to serve as the medical student clerkship director at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. I have really enjoyed mentoring medical students and residents throughout mine and their careers and look forward to many more years ahead.

In my spare time, I love hanging out with my friends and family (including two cats!), traveling all over the world, trying new things, and cooking anything and everything. It would be an honor to be able be to call myself your physician.
