Dr. Quartell completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and completed postgraduate training in surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and New Jersey Medical School, College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, and the Council for Gynecological Endoscopy and maintains a private practice at 316 Eisenhower Pkwy, Suite 202, Livingston, New Jersey.
