    Dr. Parrish is board certified in both Emergency Medicine and EMS & Disaster Medicine. He is originally from Orlando, Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida while working on a 911 ALS unit during college. After completing medical school at St. George's University, he completed residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ and a fellowship in EMS, Disaster and Tactical medicine at Rutgers/RWJBH Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. He currently is EMS Medical Director of Community Medical Center and a core member of the NJ state-wide EMS Physician response program with the MD1 Program and a Tactical Physician with the NJ State Police T.E.A.M.S. (SWAT) unit as well as various other federal response teams. He loves actively making a difference on the front lines of medicine.
