PGY2 Critical Care Residency Program at Community Medical Center
The applicant must submit the following on the PHORCAS website no later than January 3rd
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of Intent
- Copy of academic transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
Other Requirements
- Must have a valid NJ Pharmacy License by October 1st
- PPS interview at ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting strongly encouraged
