Glenn MillerWest Orange, New Jersey, December 17, 2025 --- Glenn Miller, Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at RWJBarnabas Health, was recently appointed to the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s (AHP) Board of Directors. In this leadership role, Mr. Miller will join a distinguished group of professionals working to elevate and transform healthcare through philanthropy.

At RWJBarnabas Health, Mr. Miller has driven comprehensive development strategies that have led to more than $800 million raised in support of programmatic needs, capital investments and new facilities, including the Jack & Sheryl Morris Cancer Center, the Melchiorre Cancer Center, and the renaming of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center thanks to the first gift of $100 million ever made to a hospital in New Jersey.

As a Director, he will play an essential role in guiding the association’s strategic direction, championing continuous learning, and strengthening engagement across AHP’s global network.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Development Officer for the largest and most comprehensive academic health system in New Jersey, Mr. Miller is responsible for all of the system’s philanthropic efforts, cumulatively raising more than $75 million annually.

Mr. Miller has been recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals with the Robert J. Smythe Award and has presented nationally as a panelist at prominent philanthropic conferences. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
