Join the Community Impact Alliance (formerly known as the RWJ Hamilton Auxiliary) for a day of fun, live music, great food and community. The event is completely free for the general public to attend the flea market. We welcome all vendors and food truck operators to join us and be part of this largely attended event.

Vendors: Each vendor will receive two (2) reserved parking spaces for $25 when they register by August 31.* One of your parking spaces will be for your car; the other, for your table/chairs. Your car will be parked adjacent to your selling spot. Vendors are required to bring their own table(s) and chair(s). If you feel that one standard parking space is not enough space for you to sell, please purchase two tickets. Spaces purchased together will be next to each other. Spaces will be assigned by the planning committee. Unfortunately, requests for specific spaces cannot be accommodated.
*After September 1, registration is $40.

The Lot will open at 7:00 a.m. All vendors and trucks must be set up and ready to go by 8:00 a.m. For safety reasons, all vendors must stay until noon. when the event concludes.
Rain date: September 24, 2022. There will be no refunds if both dates are rained out.
Refunds: Requests for a refund will not be honored past September 12, 2022. Contact the organizer to request a refund.
