On Wednesday, December 7, DeAnna Minus-Vincent, Executive Vice President & Chief Social Justice and Accountability Officer, RWJBarnabas Health, spoke at the Milken Institute’s Future of Health Summit, an annual convening that confronts the most significant health challenges by matching human, financial, and scientific resources with the most innovative, inclusive, and impactful ideas. During her session, Workplace Mental Health: C-Suite Responding to Now and Forecasting Investments for the Future, Ms. Minus-Vincent spoke about achieving the goal of widespread, whole-person health through employer transparency, accountability, listening, and the anticipation of employees’ needs.
