Oct 19, 2020 Trinitas Health Foundation Welcomes New Board Members

Trinitas Regional Medical Center is proud to welcome three new members of the Board of Directors for the Trinitas Health Foundation.

De Snook, of Bernardsville, has been involved with Trinitas for nearly two years. As the mother of four daughters, knows how to connect people for a good cause, especially when it comes to a subject matter near and dear to her heart since her daughter’s suicide attempt in 2012.

That even inspired her to create Warrior Moms/Families, an organization whose mission is to support parents during their children’s challenging emotional journeys in a safe, nonjudgmental space and share personal experiences.

“My passion was always for helping people,” she says. “I was a constant fund-raiser for my children’s schools and also for Jersey Battered Women Services. I served on their friend's board for 10 years.

“My world was in turmoil and found there were no/limited resources/support programs to help me—help my daughter,” says Snook, who has grown Warrior Moms to more than 400 members from all over the US and some foreign countries, with two additional chapters underway.

With a keen interest in Trinitas’ teen residential program, this year, Snook is co-chair of the upcoming Peace of Mind event, featuring Zak Williams (son of Robin Williams) and journalist Jack Ford, who will discuss easing the stigma of mental health. The event will help expand the behavioral health program at Trinitas and shorten the waiting list so more people can benefit. For more information, visit the Foundation Capital Campaign.

Craig A. Domalewski, the managing partner of Dughi, Hewit & Domalewski, P.C., is also excited to have joined the board this year.

While the Randolph resident focuses primarily on complex-dispute resolution, he has been involved in some of the largest, most complicated litigation matters and transactions in New Jersey.

Representing both privately held and publicly traded companies as well as trade associations, non-profits, individuals, and government entities, Domalewski serves as counsel in multi-million-dollar civil litigation, including product liability, commercial disputes, securities fraud, and environmental and insurance-coverage matters.

In 2013, he served as special counsel to Governor Christie’s campaign for re-election and was responsible for the legal side of Election Day operations for the governor.

“It gives me pleasure to assist the Foundation in their mission to support the hospital,” he says. “Trinitas is a very worthy cause.”

Shikha Agrawal, Director of Business Intelligence/Analytics at Securitas AB in Parsippany, will also be an asset to the Trinitas Health Foundation board. She is also the founder of Millburn Inspire Charity Organization with the vision to inspire children to develop philanthropy as a skill from young age by engaging in community and social services through art, creativity and fundraising.

“I have led several initiatives, including Helping our Heroes, Pretty Wishes and Sending Smiles during the C19 Pandemic to support the community with keeping kids engaged through various activities,” she says. “And I look forward to joining the Trinitas team as a board member in their efforts to take care of children who need special care.”
