Belleville, NJ - The enrollment period for health insurance is open through December 15th and Clara Maass Medical Center, a facility of RWJBarnabas Health is hosting free events for the community.
Certified Application Counselors from the New Jersey Hospital Association will be available on December 3rd and 10th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Belleville Founders Room at Clara Maass Medical Center, 1 Clara Maass Drive in Belleville, New Jersey to help any member of the community to enroll in an affordable health insurance plan.
Those who wish to secure insurance must bring:
- Proof of residency (drivers’ license or green card)
- Social Security card
- Proof of monthly household income (pay stubs, unemployment stubs, W-2) and
- Current health coverage information.
