Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

The Family Educational and Privacy Act of 1974 stipulates that a student may review his/her educational record by submitting a written request to the Dean of the School of Nursing. The content of a student’s record may be challenged by the student for accuracy, integrity, and completeness. Change in Name/Address

The School of Nursing office and the Registrar at UCC are to be notified of any change in name, address, telephone number, or social security number. Please contact the registrars office at 908.709.7132.

Documentation Access

Students who wish to review accrediting/licensing documentation are asked to submit a written request to the Dean of the School of Nursing at which time an appointment will be confirmed.
