Let's Beat Cancer Together
RWJBarnabas Health together with Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey, the state’s only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, and leading cancer program in New Jersey provides the most advanced multidisciplinary cancer care for adults and children, including complex surgical procedures, sophisticated radiation therapy techniques, innovative clinical trials, immunotherapy, and precision medicine. We also provide important cancer screenings including prostate cancer screenings, mammograms, colonoscopies, and lung cancer screenings.
We are one of only two programs in New Jersey to offer blood and marrow transplantation and CAR T-cell therapy and are home to the state’s only hospital-based proton therapy center. RWJBarnabas Health together with Rutgers Cancer Institute is also the highest volume pancreatic cancer surgery program in New Jersey.
Our physicians conduct pioneering research focused on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of routine, rare and complex cancers and are at the forefront of clinical research. They are major contributors and leaders on clinical trials from the National Cancer Institute and international cooperative groups. Visit our clinical trials page to see if there’s a treatment right for you.
Our multidisciplinary team of oncologists, nurses, and oncology support professionals ensure a compassionate, comprehensive and personalized approach to diagnosing and treating all types of cancer for both adults and children.
