Graduation Requirements
- Resident must have successfully achieved for residency 80% of the objectives
set forth by the program
- Successful completion of a residency research project with platform presentation
at Eastern States Residency Conference
- Poster presentation ASHP Midyear Clinical Meetings
- Presentation of one continuing education program and one in-service for
Pharmacists and/or Technicians
- Obtain and maintain appropriate basic and advanced life support certifications
(e.g. BLS, ACLS)
- Prepare and present (if feasible) a formulary monograph to the appropriate
committees. (PGY-I)
- Conduct a medication use evaluation and present (if feasible) the results
to the RWJUH P&T committee and/or other appropriate committees.
