Graduation Requirements

  • Resident must have successfully achieved for residency 80% of the objectives set forth by the program.
  • Successful completion of a residency research project with platform presentation at Eastern States Residency Conference.
  • Presentation at the UHC (Vizient®) and ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting
  • Presentation of two continuing education programs for Pharmacists and Technicians
  • Journal club and/or case presentations to the Residency Advisory Committee
  • Obtain and maintain appropriate basic and advanced life support certifications (e.g. BLS, ACLS)
  • Prepare and present (if feasible) a formulary monograph to the appropriate committees. (PGY-I)
  • Conduct a medication use evaluation and present the results to the RWJUH P&T committee and/or other appropriate committees.
