Resident-run program supported by Department of Medicine initiated on academic year 2008-2009 by select residents. “A Day in the Hospital with Medical Residents Will Change Your Future”. This project is a career orientation in the field of medicine for local highschool students in Jersey City. This project was presented at Educational Research Day in Mount Sinai School of Medicine New York in 2008.

Community Health Education Program

This is a cooperative program run by residents, nurses, social workers and other allied medical professionals to organize a support group among patients being seen in Columbus Health Center, a local clinic in Jersey City with emphasis in education. This project was presented at Educational Research Day in Mount Sinai School of Medicine New York.
