A therapeutic support group, designed for persons caring for a loved one over the age of 60, and residing in Ocean County. Join fellow caregivers and share successful strategies for navigating this difficult journey.
Case management assistance is provided, including eligibility for entitlement programs, assistance with planning for out of home care, including assisted living and nursing home care.
