Cardiac and Concussion Screenings for Young Adults
Free Screenings sponsored by Monmouth Medical Center in collaboration with Matthew J. Morahan, III, Health Assessment Center for Athletes at Barnabas Health and Safe Kids NJ – Monmouth/Ocean Chapter. Safe Kids will be providing safety information with games and prizes. The screenings will be held in the Capelli Sports at Cedar Stars.
Cardiac Screening open to the first 80 athletes, ages 6-18 years old.
Concussion Screening open to the first 120 athletes, ages 5-18 years old.
Now offering concussion testing to ages 5-11!
Screenings are recommended every 2 years.

Those interested will be emailed back with a form to fill out regarding appointment availability. Appointments will range from every 15 minutes to every half hour dependent on the screening of interest.
