    Dr. Jaronczyk grew up in Long Island. For college, he attended St. John's University on a full academic scholarship. After college, he attended St. George's University in Grenada and was inducted into the Iota Epsilon Alpha Honor Society after achieving a 4.0 GPA in his first semester. He performed his clinical rotations in various hospital in New York City. Dr. Jaronczyk received his Doctor of Medicine degree magna cum laude by achieving a 3.97 GPA.

    He began his residency training as an intern at Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai in New York. He completed an advanced preliminary residency year at St. Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Jaronczyk completed the remainder of his surgical residency at Monmouth Medical Center in New Jersey. During his residency, he was given several awards.

    As a junior resident, he was awarded with the Society for Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award. He was a winner of the Ellen M. Cosgrove, MD House Staff Paper Competition. He was able to attain certification for surgery with the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System. Additionally, he was a gold medalist at the inaugural New Jersey Surgical Resident Robotic Olympics. As the Chief Resident, he was awarded the Cyril S. Arvanitis Memorial Award. During his residency, he was invited to give presentations at the Academic Surgical Congress and the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program Conference. After completing his residency, Dr. Jaronczyk was given his board certification by the American Board of Surgery.

    He went on to fellowship training in Advanced Gastrointestinal, Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgery at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center in Connecticut. He was awarded the Top Scholar Award at the Fellows in Minimally Invasive Surgery Program. Dr. Jaronczyk performed surgeries on over 600 patients in the single year of his fellowship. As a fellow, he was invited to give presentations at the Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Surgeons Annual Meeting and the Society for American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons Annual Meeting. After completing his training, Dr. Jaronczyk began his work as a member of the Barnabas Health Medical Group where he continues to improve patient care and surgical technique. He lives in Monmouth County with his wife and three sons.
