RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a fellowship trained, board-certified breast surgeon to join our medical group in Jersey City, NJ.

This director position is 100% breast surgery (no general surgery) with privileges at Jersey City Medical Center. This is a chance to join Jersey City Medical Center’s brand new state of the art cancer center and belong to a collaborative and educational group dedicated to patient care. To bolster collaboration and education throughout RWJBarnabas Health, participation in system-wide Tumor Board meetings and breast health professional meetings are encouraged to share ideas on patient retention, patient experience and other important topics. Outpatient locations are also extremely close in proximity to the hospital allowing for minimal commute. This role also offers generous compensation, health insurance, malpractice, and pension.

Located in one of the most sought-after cities in New Jersey, this role allows for ease of living and surrounds ideal community attractions such as fine food establishments, desirable shopping areas, and the famous New York City skyline. 

Applicants must be fellowship-trained in breast surgery or breast surgical oncology with at least 5 years of experience. Candidates with leadership experience and knowledge of NAPBC are preferred. We are also looking for hands-on physicians who are comfortable working on a supportive team.
