RWJBarnabas Health, New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking an experienced Urologist to serve as Chief of Urology at Jersey City Medical Center in Jersey City, NJ.

This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to guide and expand a busy urology practice while maintaining an active clinical presence. The incoming Chief will inherit an established patient panel and help advance the department through continued clinical growth, physician leadership, education, and program development.

Jersey City Medical Center is investing significantly in its surgical services and facilities, including four new da Vinci 5 robotic surgical systems, state-of-the-art operating rooms, and newly renovated emergency and ground-floor spaces. Located just minutes from New York City, JCMC provides convenient access to the greater metropolitan area.

Position Highlights:

• Primarily clinical position with protected administrative time and flexibility based on departmental needs
• Approximately three days of outpatient care, 1.5 days of operating room time, and a half-day of administrative responsibilities
• Surgical cases performed at Jersey City Medical Center or the Ambulatory Care Center
• Established, high-volume practice with an existing patient panel

Successful candidates must be:

• Board-certified in Urology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Experienced in providing high-quality clinical and surgical urologic care
