As such, we are making individuals aware of a recent data breach involving one of our vendors, Greenbaum Smith Rowe Davis LLC (“Greenbaum”), which may have impacted our patients’ personal information. Greenbaum is in the process of notifying all impacted patients of this incident via mailed letters.
