Encouraging open and honest conversations among nurses in a safe space where they can explore diversity, equity, and inclusion education was the key message that Leslie Wright-Brown, PhDc, Assistant Vice President for The Center for Professional Development, Innovation & Research at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children's Hospital of New Jersey, delivered at the 2024 Association for Nursing Professional Development’s Aspire Convention recently held in Chicago.
