LaToya’s mom ignited a passion in her for nursing that runs deep. “I have the privilege of walking into RWJBarnabas Health and being a part of a family’s beautiful birth story,” she says. “A mother’s hug before discharge tells me that she feels ready to care for her newborn at home and reassures me how great it is to be a nurse.”
