“Here Comes the Sun” is this year's theme
The Trinitas Health Foundation will host its Annual Gala on Thursday, May 6 recognizing Fedway Associates, Inc. and Infineum USA L.P. This year, Fedway will be honored with the Celebrating Philanthropy Award and Infineum will be honored with the Humanitarian Award. Both companies have been very generous supporters of Trinitas for many years and did not let the pandemic dampen their generosity.
The Gala will be held virtually with six different entertainment options. Attendees will be able to watch performances from The Discovery Orchestra, Magician Joe Holiday, New Jersey Ballet, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, The Stress Factory Comedian Ross Bennett, and Mixology with Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Each entertainment option will be about 45 minutes long and guests will be able to watch as many performances as they’d like during the evening. A 50/50 cash raffle will be held and the five winners drawn as part of the festivities.
Infineum’s support of Trinitas dates back to the creation of Trinitas, according to Gary Horan, President and CEO of Trinitas Regional Medical Center. Infineum supports nearly all of Trinitas’ fundraising events and has been a major contributor to the hospital’s COVID-19 relief efforts and campaigns like the new Emergency Department, Behavioral Health renovations, and the new MRI machine.
Fedway Associates, Inc. has also been a generous supporter for the last five years. Trinitas’ frontline employees felt Fedway’s generosity during the height of the pandemic when they came to the rescue with meals for staff caring for COVID-positive patients, and now as they sponsor meals for staff administering the vaccine. Since 2016, Fedway has elevated Trinitas’ fundraising events by sharing liquor, tasting tables, door prizes and more, in addition to sponsoring the events.
“We count ourselves incredibly lucky to have neighbors like Infineum and Fedway,” said Nadine Brechner, Chief Development Officer & Vice President of Trinitas Health Foundation. “We can count on them both to support us at every event and every need the hospital encounters, and their support during the COVID-19 pandemic certainly proved that!”
Part of the net proceeds from the gala will be dedicated to funding some of the hospital’s most urgent needs, including purchasing a brand new MRI, creating an Interventional Radiology Suite, renovating the Behavioral Health facilities and expanding programs to help more patients.
Support opportunities for the Gala include sponsorships, virtual tickets, an advertisement in the online ad journal, and 50/50 cash raffle tickets.
