Trinitas Regional Medical Center announces today that it has been named the only hospital in New Jersey to receive all 3 Healthgrades Women's Care Excellence Awards for 2020! This distinction recognizes Trinitas for providing exceptional quality care to women and mothers, according to Healthgrades, the leading resource that connects consumers, physicians and health systems.

- Patients have a 46.7% lower risk of experiencing complication(s) if treated at hospitals that received the Gynecologic Surgery Excellence Award™, versus hospitals that did not receive this Award.*
- Patients have a 43.6% lower risk of experiencing complication(s) if treated at hospitals that received the 5-Star for Vaginal Delivery (Natural Childbirth), versus hospitals rated 1-Star.*
- Patients have a 59.4% lower risk of experiencing complication(s) if treated at hospitals that received the 5-Star for C-Section Delivery, versus hospitals rated 1-Star.*
- Patients have a 63.7% lower risk of experiencing complication(s) if treated at hospitals that received the 5-Star for Hysterectomy, versus hospitals rated 1-Star.*
