Thanks to some creative employees at the Lawrenceville offices of biopharmaceutical
company, Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), our patients and families can now
enjoy a bright, hand-painted ocean scene during their stay at The Bristol-Myers
Squibb Children’s Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital
(RWJUH). Employees at BMS painted the mural as a part of a program through
The Foundation for Hospital Art (
www.hospitalart.org). Recently, Murdo Gordon, Senior Vice President and Head of Worldwide
Markets, BMS, and member of the Board of Trustees of RWJUH, presented
the mural to hospital leadership. The mural hangs on the second floor
of the Children’s Hospital. We are delighted that our partnership
with BMS continues to flourish in the 15 years since the doors to the
Children’s Hospital first opened, and we look forward to our future
collaborations together.
