Was there someone special who made a difference in the care your or a loved one received?

  • A staff member who always took the time to listen?

The Grateful Patient Program allows you to honor that special caregiver or department at Trinitas that went above and beyond to help you or a loved one. It's a way to offer thanks for the excellent care your received. The Foundation will notify and publicly recognize all providers, staff, department and units honored.

There are many ways you can make your donation:

  • Donate now using your credit card.
  • Mail your check or money order addressed to the Trinitas Foundation to our offices at P.O. Box 259, Elizabeth, NJ 07207-0259.
  • Donate your stock or securities.
